WE ARE PROUD TO PRESENT:

An exclusive mastermind experience just for ambitious lawyers who want to scale to multiple 7 or 8 figures in annual revenue. And these aren't just numbers, our founder Ali Awad has taken his law firm from the trunk of his car just 7 years ago to $100M+ in settlements - that's over $20M in annual fees!

This is your chance to spend two full days focusing on the functional areas of your law practice and what's REALLY working in 2024. This is NOT a sales pitch event or a networking party. This is a real "behind-the-scenes" approach to coaching, not just by teaching but by doing. This is where business gets done, where you take the golden nuggets you need to elevate your practice, and where lifelong referrals and partnerships are established.

The CEO Lawyer Mastermind does what no other company has ever done before

THE BOARD MEETING

Imagine if you could experience a private executive meeting with the entire leadership team and board of directors of the fastest growing law firm in America (Law500, 2021). Where there's nothing held back because it's the actual quarterly update that is needed for the CEO and leadership team to make executive decisions live and in-person. Where every department head from intake to prelitigation to operations showcases all the threats, opportunities, projections, strategies, and specific growth plans per quarter and per year. Where you can ask questions and get instant feedback from people that are solving the exact problems you're facing in your law business right away.

Well, that's EXACTLY what you'll be experiencing at our board meeting. (Please note that due to the sensitive nature of the event and the information we are sharing, all attendees will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement [NDA] upon entering. While we expect you to take all these strategies and implement them to grow your practice to unprecedented heights, we simply ask that you don't share our private financials and case details that will be discussed during the meeting).

After an entire day of going through every single department and the specific strategies needed to scale each team, we will take a short break before:

THE PRIVATE DINNER

Or as we like to call it the BILLION DOLLAR DINNER. This is your opportunity to network with the elite law firm owners in America, the business partners that have helped CEO Lawyer dominate his market, and the directors/attorneys that run the entire operation. Enjoy some of the best steak that Atlanta has to offer while talking shop with our industry leaders! Prior attendees have said that the private dinner ALONE was worth the admission price - not just from the incredible, deep conversations but from the lifelong relationships you will establish with the right people. Again, while there are plenty of opportunities to party and "hang out" with friends, this is not it. We strategically place our attendees with other professionals who can positively their business, provide referrals, and be a good source for growth. Work hard, play hard!

THE MASTERMIND EXPERIENCE

Day two will start with an incredible breakfast, coffee, and refreshments before we jump into the four private presentations and two mastermind breakout sessions. This year's focus is on scaling your team strategically, establishing KPI's and operations for each department, hiring strategies and developing HR systems, and building your leadership team. While we will certainly touch on social media and marketing, this event will focus mainly on the core functional areas of your business. Unfortunately, many lawyers are uncomfortable talking about revenue, profit margins, and all the business stuff that makes money.

Until we realize that we are business owners who practice law, instead of lawyers who run a law firm, there will always be missed opportunities. Attendees should expect to go DEEP into all the subjects that other events shy away from. You will not only receive critical knowledge in the private presentations, but will also have the opportunity to mastermind with other lawyers at a similar or higher level to see what's working in other markets. Getting instant feedback that's custom-tailored to your firm is invaluable. It will show you the exact steps you need to take to fix your problems and build a true money-making machine.

But don't just take our word for it, see what mastermind graduates have said over the years:

I first stumbled upon Ali’s content on social media back in 2021, and it immediately grabbed my attention. When I heard about his Academy, I reached out, eager to connect. Joining was a no-brainer for me; I wanted to take my firm to the next level and prepare for global expansion. The mastermind sessions have been eye-opening, especially the insights shared by speakers from the AI industry. While my focus was originally on immigration law, I decided to dive into personal injury law as well, thanks to what I learned here. But what really surprised me was how much information his sessions cover; he covers everything from virtualizing your firm to building a solid organizational foundation. Learning about scaling and strengthening a business has been invaluable for me as a legal practitioner looking to grow.

Meeting with Ali Awad provided me with a smooth transition from understanding concepts to putting them into action. I’ve gained invaluable insights, eliminating the need to navigate through the craziness of scaling a law firm alone. With a structured action plan and an effective system in place, I’m confident in taking my endeavors to the next level. The strategy presented was nothing short of amazing. I’m currently handling 25 to 30 new clients monthly, I anticipate this number to soar past 50 and beyond. A heartfelt thank you to Ali and the exceptional team for their invaluable assistance and support throughout.

Mastermind Overview

The Four Most Profitable Areas Of Your Law Practice - A Deep Dive

Pre Litigation

Building a profitable pre litigation department is the best investment you can make for consistent revenue. Unfortunately, most firms think they need a bunch of lawyers to handle these cases when there's a strategic way to use case managers to do the bulk of the work. In fact, our average paralegal salary is $60,000 and each one generates over $1 MILLION in annual fees. Imagine the ROI your firm can have when you learn the proper method to maximize case values, systemize your settlements, and best of all have it run by non-lawyers who don't take a percentage of your income! This mastermind will have a heavy focus on building a pre-litigation machine that runs on auto pilot. We promise there will be information shared that you've never heard - or thought of - before. Get ready to blow up your firm, and your bank accounts!

Operations

At what point do you need an operations manager? What are their roles and KPIs? What type of support staff do they need? How do you recruit and train them? What is the difference between legal operations and business operations? All of this will be covered in great detail at the CEO Lawyer Mastermind. As an added bonuses, all attendees will receive the "ideal organizational chart" that shows the growth plan from 1 to 10 employees, 10 to 25 team members, 25 to 50 team members, 50 to 100, and 100+. This alone will show you the trajectory of your operational and administrative needs as you scale, so that you hire on time and in anticipation of growth!

Scaling

Hiring is guessing. Firing is knowing. We will dive deep into the personality assessments, software programs, and growth benchmarks needed to ensure your firm can grow year after year. It's not enough to bring an HR specialist when you're at 10-20 employees and hope that they handle your problems. Accounting, payroll, bonuses, labor laws, quarterly/annual reviews, and personnel management are all problems you will face as you grow your company. Thankfully, the CEO Lawyer team has been through these problems and will show you all the shortcuts so you can save time and money. Moreover, all attendees will receive our internal HR templates, our hiring questionnaires, and our SOP's for the entire administrative department. These are only available to mastermind attendees and are not sold nor distributed anywhere else.

Leadership Development

At some point you will realize you can't do it all alone. If you want to go fast, you go by yourself. But if you want to go far, you go with a team. The important questions to ask are: at what point do I hire a department head or director? What are their expectations? How do I know if they're qualified? (unless you have a finance background or degree in HR, you're not qualified to hire for those positions) And most importantly, how do you establish a clear path for growth to make these leaders stay long-term? Let the CEO Lawyer Mastermind not only show you how to build a bulletproof leadership team, but meet with them to see how high-level directors think and operate!

Tax Controversy Law

I first met or heard about Ali because I knew we went to law school together at Georgia State University College of Law. I decided to reach out to him because I saw him starting his firm and crushing it on social media.

I first met or heard about Ali because I knew we went to law school together at Georgia State University College of Law. I decided to reach out to him because I saw him starting his firm and crushing it on social media.

So I was motivated to join the academy because I was a business owner as well and owned a law firm and I saw how amazing. Ali had built such a big firm in a short time.

He was snowballing, and he was competing with some of the biggest names in the Atlanta market, so I was like, I have to reach out, I have to know what he’s doing. And I do tax controversy law. So I did, I helped people with disputes against the Internal Revenue Service in the Georgia Department of Revenue.

And I knew that if he could do that with PI, I could do it with tax. This mastermind has been great. I do like it’s a more intimate setting, and we’re getting a chance to talk to other business owners,

law firm owners about how they’re running their businesses, what’s working for them, and what’s not. And all kinds of. collaborating on good ideas about what will improve our businesses and ultimately serve our clients.

So I think the academy is not just for personal injury lawyers. There are a lot of other practice areas like family law, myself, and tax. Bankruptcy, there’s a lot of areas of the law where technology is not being utilized,

firms are doing things the same way they’ve always done, and they’re just not really on the cutting edge of technology, marketing, and sales. sales and PI lawyers Have to do that because the competition is steep So if you can take what personal injury law firms are doing and apply it to your practice area, You’re going to be highly successful because there are not a lot of people doing that in other practice

areas So one of the biggest takeaways I got from the mastermind was I always love how Ali brings talk to your speakers He gets people motivated and courage makes you feel good, and he brings them people that change your perspective So one of the hardest things for me is even though I feel like we’re crushing it on TikTok,

The comment section always gets me down. Sometimes, am I doing things right? And he brought in attorney Jeffers. And the way he handles himself, his mindset, it was so refreshing to hear, and the way that he’s posting content online and getting all this excellent feedback and how he’s able to ignore any negative feedback,

He was helpful to me and encouraged me to keep on posting.

I have always loved networking. I also enjoyed hearing Eddie Maloof say what to post and how to increase your engagement. I thought that was interesting

Oh, and Jefferson, I had the pleasure of sitting next to you. to him at dinner last night. So we all got to talk a little bit, and then listening to him discuss how he went from zero to 18 was so inspiring.

He’s great. Anyone who is a lawyer could benefit from coming and listening to what Ali has implemented with his team, his practice, and his life in general.

Nonpeople -lawyers could benefit from something like this. of the knowledge that Ali has, although it is very attorney-specific in many ways. I think any practicing attorney could benefit, but any human being who enjoys marketing,

who enjoys business could benefit from Ali, his mastermind, and his philosophies in life. He’s just that guy. I always feel inspired by him.

I saw Ali for the first time on Instagram and started following him. Then, I started getting his advice on running a practice. I was like, well, this kid is into something.

He invited me to the summit, and that’s how he got into following and applying the procedures and advice you guys are sharing with us at this event. I joined the academy because after the summit.

I saw the potential to make money with my law firm. And instead of practicing law, now I’m learning with these events how to run my practice as a business. Why did I get out of the mastermind?

Well, first, I met a bunch of lawyers smarter than me, more successful, and willing to share ideas and advice on how to run a very successful practice and how to use technology in proving all the business of running a law firm.

Lawyers who do immigration, criminal defense, and personal injury can all benefit from these classes and seminars. The tips on how to advertise and how to run your practice are something that we, as lawyers,

we don’t know, or we don’t have the training. And with these classes, you can learn how to become a successful practitioner and business owner. The most valuable piece of information is the future of law practice.

using artificial intelligence. We learned that in a few months, we’re going to be able to have demands created with AI in 30 seconds.

How did I meet Ali? I met Ali years ago. I followed his stuff on Instagram and followed him kind of on the different platforms of social media. And I said, you know, I kind of really like this guy.

I kind of like what he’s talking about. So I literally just picked up the phone and I called him. I said, I love your Instagram things that you do. I love the social media things that you do in the videos. I watched him.

How can I do that for myself? And so that started a conversation. I think we stayed on the phone like an hour and a half just talking about different things. And it was really, really informative and really interesting. After that, I started seeing him at different conferences and things and I would call him if I needed some information on something and we would talk back and forth and this time I decided to attend his seminar mastermind. He said why don’t you come to mastermind? I said you know what sure I’ll do it. So I attended his mastermind and this process has been really really good. It’s been a lot of fun. It’s been two days of very informative information.

I’ve gotten to meet a lot of really really good lawyers from across the country and I would recommend anyone to be able to do his mastermind and also to become a part of his training academy. He gives you a lot of things that you wouldn’t get anywhere else.

it’s a lot of value for what you pay for and I think that it really does help your firm scale up and it helps your firm to be able to grow. So I would encourage anybody to use this program if they want to help their law firm.

You know to be totally honest I kind of came into it not really knowing what to expect. I mean he’s a big social media guy, I thought it might be a lot flashy stuff and I came hoping for the best.

you know, and not really knowing, but it’s been great. Totally exceeded my expectations. The breakout session yesterday was totally transformative. I took pages and notes on very, very specific things that I’m going to go back to my team.

I’ve been texting with my associates of my team the whole last two days saying, here’s this, we’re going to do, here’s this that we’re going to do. So I’m motivated. It’s been great. I’m not just a PI lawyer, right? So I do a lot of insurance law,

bad faith coverage, you know, homeowners-type stuff as well as commercial. So I’ve found ways just for myself how to implement a couple of ideas. So for sure, client-facing, consumer -facing type practices would really benefit.

I really like Jefferson’s presentation today actually, Jefferson Fisher. I get a little nervous on social media. I don’t like putting myself out there being too pushy, being too aggressive. I just learned to be authentic and share a true story and people resonate with that.

Just be honest and share goodness and we have a lot of good stories to tell. We have a lot of ability to help people. people so help me break out of that kind of concern that you know challenge that I’m constantly dealing with internally and so I’m motivated to go will be more authentic online and actually do some goodness out there help some people it’s great

So when I decided to go on my own, people told me you’re not going to make it. You’re not going to be able to compete with other firms that are spending tons of money in the market. So the first thing I had to do is invest in a course before even renting an office.

And this is what I did. and once I took this course I started getting more calls to my lofah. So the information you’re going to receive from this mastermind is crazy. The amount you’re going to receive is very important and this is the only way you’re going to generate clients and compete in the market.

The most valuable information I received from this event is how to build a good infrastructure for your loofah.

Hi, my name is Jenny Diaz, and I am with the law office of Diaz de Núñez Alorza. Enrique Núñez Alorza also with Diaz de Núñez Alorza, el abogado de visas and I do the immigration law. So I met Ali back in law school.

We were in the same class, and Enrique heard of him through me. We went to the first summit back in 2019 and the things that we learned in that summit we didn’t implement very much.

We were just starting out. I did start recording a lot more videos until I had one video that was… pretty successful. I think that was like the one thing that I implemented that made a huge impact on my business. But I still remember what he was talking about.

He was telling us to go join TikTok which had just come out. In 2019, TikTok still wasn’t a thing. And he’s like, you have to go make a TikTok and upload videos. He just gave so many good tips. Eddie Malouf just killed it.

The first conference taught me how to run Facebook ads and Instagram ads. And I learned so much in that one. And everything that they taught me to do is what was being taught in 2021.

2022 and even today there are still people trying to say that they are pretty much inventing this stuff when this thing was already five years old. So I joined this so that we can be on the cutting edge and learn the latest things that we can do to be you know some of the best attorneys in the country.

I agree. I think Ali always brings great value and he always brings expert and specialized guests that give us so much information. that is virtually impossible for us as attorneys to just know about.

And they really break it down in a way that’s very easy for us to understand. And I always get so much value from everything, from every conference we go with him, and this one was no different.

Yeah, I think the best thing about the Academy is that not only do they tell you what to do, they actually do it with you. So I remember right now I’m running some ads through a quiz, right? So… So the people see my ads.

you know, hey, find out what you qualify for, what visa you qualify for in 15 seconds. They just click and it just literally has them do an intake for my intake team to then follow up and call them and we already know if they’re inside the United States.

They basically do a full intake for us and that was something that seemed like it was very difficult to build but literally as part of the Academy Eddie Malouf sat with us and he’s like okay so go here here,

click this button, sign up, these are the questions you wanna do, this how you build it, this how you use the logic, so then you put an if then statement, and if they answered this, then it takes you to this question, if they answered this, it takes you to the other question,

and it was literally like super hand -holding, like hey, I’m gonna hold your hand, I’m gonna show you how to do this, and then when I had to build the next quiz, it was actually super easy because I had already done it once, not just somebody that told me,

hey, go do this, it’s great, and then, you know, do it. over it, and then when you actually go do the implementation, it’s impossible to do, or impossible to figure out, and something like that. – And I think at the end of the day,

the more we learn about these things, the more we can help our clients, and the easier we can make it for them, also for ourselves and for them. And at the end of the day, we’re here for our clients, and CEO Lawyer always gives us the value we need and the resources we need in order to service them better.

This one the number one thing I’m going to implement. is all the AI resources that we have for content creation. So I thought that was genius because it used to take so long to come up with a piece of content.

And one of the first things that we learned as part of the first conference that we did is how to get a five minute video. You record a five-minute video. It can be broken down into several smaller 60-second videos.

Then you can get the audios, do an article, recycle the content. content, but everything was done by hand. So you could get content really easily, but now it’s like even easier because you don’t even have to do it yourself by hand.

You literally click a button and a freaking AI does it for you and it’s just wild. So I definitely want to modernize in that respect. – And even finding headlines, like it used to be that you really had to test them and now you can kind of have the benefit of AI telling you like this works.

– Yeah. these are these are 10 that you can use and you just select the best five or whatever. It’s easier yeah you don’t have to actually come up with it so I definitely think that was the biggest eye -opener like even four or five months ago like we were not talking about this and now we are in a very like real way.

Yeah and it helps come back on staff so before what you needed to have an attorney do then we learned that you know we can have VA’s do it. Now it’s like you don’t even need a bunch of VA’s now you just need one guy that knows how to use the AI pretty well and just one person can take the role of what used to be many content creators.

Copywriters, editors, the subtitling, like everything. It’s crazy. It really is impossible. Yeah. I think anybody can benefit from this content because we, for example,

are not personal injury attorneys, and we have been coming to all of our lease conferences since 2019. and we always come back because we always find value. It’s not like,

oh, I already went to three or four and that’s it, I’m done, no. The thing about CEO Lawyer is that it’s very innovative, it’s very cutting edge, and they’re always bringing new information,

new resources, and it never gets stale. Like, you’re always growing. And I think the whole social media aspect of it can be applied not just to any legal practice, it could be.

be to any industry. I agree 100 % I mean my burden butter is immigration and being able to give people good content good legal advice for free on social media is something that you can do in any practice area so you don’t need to do PI to do that.

Additionally running a good firm is not something that only PI attorneys can do now there are a lot of things that are great for PI attorneys for example when they get a the nitty gritty of like what the numbers need to look like and all that,

that’s very P .I. specific. I definitely think for P .I. lawyers there’s that added bonus. I mean, and that is at least bread and butter. But I mean, I’ve made a killing on immigration just following the guidelines,

making the content, doing the videos and giving people good content that they want to see and then they know to call me. I don’t have to tell them, “You’ll carry a third to a Bugato,” because people know that this is what I do.

You can call me. And they see my videos and understand that I’m an expert at what I do. They see the results of what I do. And that speaks for itself. And I think people aren’t dumb. They know that they can call me for it.

I’m Rick Nicotra, Buffalo, New York. Andrews Bernstein, Moranto, and Nicotra. It’s a plaintiff’s practice. So I saw Ali speak at the CEO lawyer summit and then joined his academy from there.

It’s pretty exciting, the innovation, the social media marketing, just how to kind of build a brand. So any individual attorney can build their own brand, name for themselves, and things like that. So it was kind of exciting to be able to kind of stand out from a sea of a million lawyers out there.

This was pretty exciting because we got Eddie Maloof to walk us through step by step by step as to what he would do, what he would do. his specific plan would be for marketing, what he’s seen as far as AI involvement, how he uses AI to maximize and produce more high-quality video without Google chirping away at it,

without being blacklisted from them. It was pretty neat to see how the adaptations have taken place with the marketing and the law firms in light of what’s going on with all the AI developments.

In fact, I think other practice areas might benefit more because our area of law is so saturated with advertisements, billboards, buses, websites, web marketing,

radio. I think a lot of other areas have not had that happen to them yet. So if they get in on social media development of their profile and of their brand, they can stand out ahead of time and really kind of step in front of other people in their practice area that might not be that tech savvy or social media savvy or advertised.

California and Texas. So this mastermind has been great, and there have been some great speakers from the AI setting. How to chat GPT will transform the legal industry but also more on a personal level in terms of being your authentic self as you scale and you’re on social media and telling the world who you are and what you do for a living.

I don’t only see PI lawyers benefiting from this academy for several reasons. One, when I joined the Academy for the first time, I only practiced immigration law. So my reason for returning to the academy for the second year was also now implement the PI side,

but I got to benefit from both because the academy is more than just training PI lawyers to scale and be bigger and better, it also teaches other attorneys in different areas of law in terms of virtualizing your firm,

optimizing it, and again, creating a solid foundation for your firm. your team. I think one of the most important things that I’ve learned and that I’m going to take away from this mastermind is that in terms of scaling any sort of business,

but more specifically in a law firm setting, when you’re trying to grow a law firm, you have to make sure the foundation is strong, and you have to make sure certain processes are in place because if you’re only worried about how many cases you’re getting,

you’re not worried about the background on how to service the instances. So I think laying the foundation, you have to make sure that the foundation is strong. You have to make sure that the foundation is strong, and you have to make sure that you have an excellent infrastructure, which is important.

  • Why is it so expensive?

    It's not.

  • What's the CEO Lawyer Mastermind?

This is our private event that is limited to just 50 lawyers where we do 1-1 private consulting with each member, provide top tier networking with our leadership team, and allow for an intimate setting where lawyers can ask all the hard questions and not feel threatened by competition. Between the private speakers, venue cost, food, and accommodations, our goal is just to recoup the costs of the event and establish life-long referral partners for our firm.

  • How many times do you do the mastermind per year?

There will only be one mastermind event in 2024, which is this one. If you've ever thought about attending, don't wait. It's very likely that we will not do the board meeting style setting in the future, so this is a once in a lifetime opportunity.

  • What if I'm still not sure?
